As the word spreads about the Breeze Kings, we're getting more and more calls for private parties, corporate events, and even ... weddings!! We never thought of ourselves as a wedding band, but it turns out there are a lot of cool people who like cool music and don't want to do the macarena or the electric slide at their wedding. Our kind of people. Our kind of wedding.
If you want something different ... alive ... passionate ... memorable ... and most of all something fun at your wedding, we can do it.

?? - April, 1999 in Lawrenceville, GA
Our first wedding and I never wrote their names down. Sorry guys. We still remember you.
Donnie Ray Simonds and Mamie Fike - October, 1999 in Athens, GA
Jason and Tiffany Shepard - September 24, 2000 at The Roswell Mill in Roswell, GA
Johnny and Leslie Boring - October 21, 2000 at the Capital City Club in Atlanta GA
" My husband and I had been going to see the Breeze Kings for a couple years, and really love their music and how they play. We were having a fairly large wedding, and wanted to have a group that would please all age ranges. We were married in October of 2000, and when we talk about our wedding, folks STILL tell us how much they enjoyed the band and how great their music was. I would recommend the Breeze Kings hands down no matter what the size of your wedding party is, because they are the ultimate "crowd pleasers!" " - Leslie Boring
Dr. Thomas and Valerie Kramer - March 10, 2001 at the Vinings Club in Atlanta GA
Rob and Sarah Gelman - April 7, 2001 at their home in Atlanta GA
Robert and Monica Slubicki - April 21, 2001 at Stonehedge in Buford GA
" Our guests were so happy they got to listen to real blues, music you can feel all the way down to your toes, after our ceremony...the Breeze Kings were classy, enthusiastic, and completely professional all the way. When we lost the CD for "our first dance," they saved the day and played a sweet bluesy ballad that could not have been more perfect. All our guests are die-hard Breeze Kings fans now. They keep asking us if we can throw another wedding so they can come back for more! " - Monica Slubicki
Eric and Heather Heinen - October 21, 2001 at their home in Atlanta GA
Paul and Aimie Razza - October 27, 2001 at the historic rail yard in Savannah GA
" Nothing like some finger snappin', toe tappin', ass kickin' blues to start off a marriage. The Breeze Kings made our wedding an event we will never forget; the music was fun, vibrant and really set the tone for our guests to have an incredible time. We can't thank you guys enough for the priceless memories. " - Paul Razza
Lance and Scarlett Kirby - April 19, 2002 at their home in Lilburn GA (Rehearsal Party)
Hamlin and Christine Callahan - May 5, 2002 at Bentley's Bed & Breakfast in Atlanta GA
Noel and Jennifer Dowd - November 2, 2002 at Glen-Ella Springs in Clarksville, GA
The Breeze Kings added a level of originality and memorableness that a generic oldies could never have. Everyone commented on how great the band was. You guys could rock a great dance tune and played sweet and savory slow songs we will always remember. The band was very flexible on the set list taking a lot of requests while we were planning the big day and during the actual event. Carlos made a great MC, introducing us on our first dance with style and charm. We really enjoyed having the guys there. Although the music wasn't as familar as "Heard It Through The Grapevine", guests, young and old, could still find the boogie in their pants. The Breeze Kings were a great energizing presence and added a cool cat ambience to the whole evening. - Sincerely, Noel Dowd
Jim and Sybil Fletcher-Davidson - April 26, 2003 in Jackson GA
| "My wedding day was the most fun day of my life so far. Jim and I had one goal - for our friends and families to come down to Jackson, Georgia and have
a good time. On our big day we wanted good food, good friends and good music. And the music was probably the best of all. The Breeze Kings stole the
show - they have a style that appealed to everyone from my grandparents to our old college buddies to our five year old flowergirl. It set the tone for
a great time and we just can't thank these guys enough." - Sybil Fletcher "Weddings are pretty special occasions. As the father of the bride you want everything to be just right. Children sometimes come up with strange ideas. When our daughter Sybil said she wanted a band at the outdoor reception I said that sounds like a good idea. When she said it had to be the Breeze Kings I became nervous but thought what the heck it is just a wedding reception. The Breeze Kings became the hit of the night. They were a very very good choice. All of our friends wanted to know where I found them. I told them these guys were just some friends of mine." - Larry Fletcher, Father of the Bride |
Peter Knudsen and Tova Baruch - May 17, 2003 in Norwood GA
"The Breeze Kings made our wedding great!!!! Thanks so much for everything." - Peter and Tova
Thomas Griggs and Anna Watson - June 21, 2003 at King Plow Arts Center in Atlanta GA
Colin and Judith Cavill - October 4, 2003 at MANORism in Atlanta GA
"In all honesty I have the Breeze Kings to blame for the huge bruise that ended up on my left foot the day after our celebration. Because they are so unbelievably infectious and musically fabulous, I was compelled to dance, dance, dance - sometimes with others that could and sometimes with others that just, um, could not. If you don't want to dance, then don't book the Breeze Kings." - Judith Cavill
Michael Hilton and Michelle Yeomans - October 11, 2003 at Allatoona Yacht Club in Cartersville GA
Marty and Maureen Hutchinson - June 26, 2004 at their home in Marietta GA
"I can’t thank you enough and the rest of your band. Your band received high praises from so many of our friends despite the “guest” appearance you allowed me to take part in. I was glad my singing didn’t take away from their experience. Thanks for the opportunity however to allow me to pretend I was a star for a few minutes. You’re a great band and so easy to work with and thanks again for making our evening with friends a memorable one." - Marty Hutchinson
Matthew and Christy Jones - July 10, 2004 at the Whitlock Inn in Marietta GA
"While I was planning our wedding, a friend asked me what excited me the most about our big day (aside from getting married!) and my answer was, "the band." It was the truth! To me, having our favorite local band play at our reception was the finishing touch to our wedding day. At first, most folks thought we were crazy to book a blues band for our wedding reception. It's certainly not a conventional choice. However, once the first note was played, the feedback was immediate. Everyone loved the music! We're still getting rave reviews!" - Christy Jones
Sam Jay and Josie Gregory - September 25, 2004 at Lucille's Mountain Top Inn in Sautee GA
| "From the very first email correspondence, you were so easy to deal with and extremely professional. As you found out from our music choice
for the “first dance,” “father-daughter” and “mother-son” dances, Sam and I listen to country music on a day-to-day basis. But, WOW! The
Breeze Kings were amazing, we had so much fun dancing all night and have gotten so many complements on the band! We would definitely recommend
the Breeze Kings to everyone for any event, thanks again!!!" - Josie & Sam "We can't thank you enough. You made the wedding reception perfect. It was even more than we could have hoped for. Ya'll sounded so great, were so much fun, and so professional and easy to work with from the very first correspondence. It's a big deal to get one of your children married off, and ya'll will always be a really happy part of that memory." - Doug & Laura Jay, parents of the Groom |
Sung Kong and Jennifer Yun - May 22, 2005 at Flint Hill in Norcross GA
Burnett Walz and Anna Russel - October 1, 2005 in Atlantic Beach, FL
"Just wanted to drop you a line to say thanks for playing at the wedding and we're glad that you guys were a part of the celebration. You guys are great! Everyone I talked to really enjoyed themselves and you guys played a big part in that...some folks even told us that it was the best wedding they've attended. Also, want to give you a big thanks for letting Anna's dad sit in. That definitely meant a lot to him and put a big smile on his face. In the future, feel free to use me as a reference...your music speaks for itself but your professionalism and flexibility shouldn't go unmentioned. Thanks again! Keep doing what your doing because you guys are definitely the real deal!" - Burnett
Eric Klodt and Rachel Williams - October 15, 2005 at the Marietta Country Club in Marietta GA
"Just finally getting to sit down and let you know how great it was to have you perform at our wedding reception. Rachel and I have been fans for quite a while and wouldn't have even considered anyone other than The Breeze Kings to provide entertainment at our wedding. The guests loved the band and commented on how refreshing it was to hear live blues and not your typical corporate wedding band or DJ. I know The Breeze Kings picked up quite a few new fans that evening and I really enjoyed and appreciate the opportunity to sit in for a few songs as well. Thank you again for your professionalism and your artistry. No one in this town does blues as deep and authentic as The Breeze Kings. Your band made the wedding reception something to remember! We can't wait to see you guys around town again real soon!" - Eric and Rachel
James Koelemay and Joan Carter - July 29, 2006 at Houston Mill House in Atlanta GA
"We thoroughly enjoyed your show and got lots of raves from our guests. You really brought your A-game and we appreciated it. Hope to see you again real soon." - Jim & Joan

Steve Hines and Lisa;- January 19, 2008 at SmokeJack in Roswell GA
"When I told folks I was having a Blues Band at my wedding, I got some funny looks, but literally every single person who attended the wedding made a point to tell Lisa or me what a great party it was, and "Hey, where'd you find that BAND??? They're Amazing!!!!" My family says I'm in charge of the entertainment at all family functions, and I've even turned two nephews on to the blues, thanks to y'all!! Mine was the tenth wedding of my parents' children (some of 'em had more than one), and we all agree this was the Party to end 'em all! Thanks for coming, Thanks for playing, and thanks for having so much fun - y'all made it that much easier for all of us to enjoy it too." - SHines & Lisa
